Keep your content up-to-date with AutoRFP's Bulk Find and Replace feature. It's designed to simplify the process of making widespread changes to your content, ensuring that your library remains current and reliable

Steps to Update Your Content

1. Access Content Management: Go to Content Management.

2. Apply Filters: Choose the specific files you wish to update. If you're updating all projects, no need to change any filters.

3. Use Advanced Tools: Click on the Advanced button in the left sidebar for more features.

4. Enter Text to Update: Type in the text you want to change and the new text you wish to use.

Special Options for Precision

Match Case

Use this when the capitalization is important. For example, if you're changing "apple" to "orange," but want to leave "Apple" (with a capital A) unchanged, this option makes sure you only update exactly what you want.

Match Word

Select this to change whole words only. This way, if you're updating "will" to "shall," it won't change "will" when it’s part of another word, like "willow."

5. Automatic Preview: The files containing the text to be updated will be automatically shown. The changes will be displayed, allowing you to see exactly how your content will look before making any final decisions.

6. Execute Replacements:

  • All at Once: If you're happy with the preview, go ahead and update all instances simultaneously.

  • One at a Time: Click on the replace button underneath a previewed change to update one instance at a time

Prefer to adjust some text manually? Simply click on the text to edit it in detail. Make sure to save your changes once you're done.
