The AutoRFP.ai Salesforce app helps you access and create projects directly from Salesforce.
This article will help you install and setup the Salesforce application. The video below is a visual representation of this article.
Installation
The AutoRFP.ai Salesforce application must be installed via Salesforce AppExchange. You can find it by searching for "AutoRFP" within AppExchange or click here to see the AppExchange listing.
The AutoRFP.ai Projects Salesforce Application is not available in an Essentials Org.
Setup
The AutoRFP.ai Salesforce application contains a simple widget. To set it up we will need to ensure the widget is inserted onto the Opportunity Record page. Here is an overview of the process.
Navigate to the Lightning App Builder for the Opportunity Record
Add the widget to your Opportunity Record Page.
Save (and Activate) the Opportunity Record page.
Navigate to the Lightning App Builder for the Opportunity Record
1. Navigate to the Opportunities Tab
2. Select any opportunity
3. Click the ⚙️ in the top right corner > Edit Page
Add the widget to your page
1. Search for "autoRfpButton" in the components search bar and drag it onto your page.

You have installed the app correctly.
You are editing the Opportunity Record Page
Save (and Activate) the Opportunity Record page.
Click Save.
If this is the first time you are editing this page you may need to activate it. If this is the case, simply follow the wizard.
Completed
After the page has been saved and activated, the AutoRFP button will now be visible and accessible on all Opportunities. Users can click it to initiate the RFP process directly from the Opportunity record.
