Content Manager or Admin role (required to upload managed attachments)
Standard documents ready to upload (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.)
Active RFP project (to attach documents to responses)
Note: All users can view and attach managed attachments to projects. Only Content Managers and Admins can upload and manage the attachment library.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Create Managed Attachments
1. Navigate to Content Management from the left sidebar.
2. Click the Attachments tab at the top.
3. Click Add Attachment in the top-right corner.
4. Enter the Attachment Name (descriptive title for easy searching).
5. Add a Description (optional but recommended - helps team members understand when to use this attachment).
6. Click Choose File and select the document from your computer.
7. Click Upload to add the attachment to your library.
Repeat steps 3-7 for each standard attachment you want to add.
Use Managed Attachments in Projects
1. Open an active RFP project.
2. Navigate to the response where you want to add an attachment. Alternative option, is to add general attachments under the Project Overview tab.
3. Click the paperclip icon (attachment button) next to the response. The managed attachments library opens.
4. Use the search bar to find the relevant attachment by name.Click the attachment to select it.
The attachment is now linked to that response. Repeat for any additional responses requiring attachments!
Export Attachments
When your RFP is complete, click Export in the top-right corner of the project.
1. Choose your export option:
All Attachments - Exports only attachments as a ZIP file
Export All - Exports RFP documents AND attachments as a customer-ready ZIP file
2. Click your selected export option.
3. Download the ZIP file to your computer.

Building Your Library:
Upload commonly used documents first (certifications, insurance, case studies)
Use descriptive file names for easy searching
Include descriptions to help team members know when to use each attachment
Organize by category in file names (e.g., "Cert - ISO 27001", "Case Study - Healthcare")
File Management:
Update attachments centrally when versions change
Remove outdated attachments to avoid confusion
