Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations page
From your AutoRFP account, head to the Integrations page and locate Seismic under Content Integrations.
Click to activate.
Enter your Seismic tenant/account name to authorize the connection.
π‘Tip: You can find your tenant name in your Company's Seismic URL, which should have the following structure: tenantname.seismic.com. For example, the tenant name in the URL companyname.seismic.com would be "companyname".
This is a secure, account-level login that links your Seismic workspace to AutoRFP.ai.

Step 2: Login to Your Seismic Account
Enter your Seismic login information.
Select Login.
Step 3: Open Attachments on a project
Navigate to any RFP project in AutoRFP.ai
Click the Attachments panel on a requirement, then select Attach from Seismic.
The Seismic file browser will open.
Search by keyword or browse through your Recents, Favorites, DocCenter, Workspace, and Library folders to find the right content.
Step 4: Select your content
Choose the file you want to attach and confirm your selection.
Your file is now a managed attachment in AutoRFP.ai, linked to that specific project. You can view, replace, or remove it at any time from the Attachments panel.

Use the Search function in the Seismic file browser for faster results if you know the file name or keyword
Use Favorites to bookmark files you attach regularly across projects, so you're not re-searching each time
