Review the requested permissions.

📝 Important Note
When importing content via an integration, the AI Import process must be used.
Documents brought in through AI Import will not include editable snippets inside AutoRFP. If any changes are made to these documents directly in SharePoint, they will automatically update every 24 hours. You can also manually trigger a sync for individual documents in Content Management to apply updates immediately.
💡Tips & Best Practices
Verify you have correct tenant name and site name before starting
Check with Microsoft admin if approval is required for your organization
Document which SharePoint sites contain relevant content for import
