Step 1: Create OneDrive Connection
When importing content from OneDrive, you provide AutoRFP access to your OneDrive account. Each OneDrive account you add is a connection.
Navigate to your AutoRFP dashboard and select Add Content.
Select Import Documentation.
Click Activate an Integration and select OneDrive. The integration will automatically appear if you've activated the integration in your Organizational Settings.
Click Create Connection.
Step 2: Accept Permissions
You will be redirected to grant necessary permissions. AutoRFP requires two sets of permissions:
Authentication Permission: To authenticate your account.
OneDrive File Picker Permission: To access and select files from your OneDrive.
Review the requested permissions.
Click Accept or Approve for both permission sets.
Step 3: Choose Content to Import
After accepting permissions, the OneDrive file picker opens.
Navigate through your OneDrive folder structure.
Select the files or folders you would like to sync.
Click Select to confirm your selection.
Step 4: Navigate Back to AutoRFP
You will be automatically redirected back to AutoRFP.
Wait for import confirmation.
You will see a green confirmation message when the import is successful.
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Configure Content Settings
Review imported documents in your content library.
Assign tags to organize imported content (optional).
Documents are now available for use in projects.
IMPORTANT: Review your content library to confirm imported content has finished syncing before importing additional folders. Importing too many folders simultaneously may cause the import to fail.
