How to Switch Between the New and Classic Dashboard

Customize your dashboard experience by toggling between the new task-driven dashboard and the classic layout

Written by Nitzan Gorodetsky

Article Summary

The new AutoRFP dashboard is designed around your outstanding tasks — surfacing what you need to do across all your projects the moment you log in. If your team prefers the classic layout, admins can switch back at any time through a feature flag in Organization Settings. This guide walks you through enabling or disabling the new dashboard for your organization.

Estimated Time

2 minutes

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Administrator role in AutoRFP

  • An understanding of which dashboard layout your team prefers

🗒️ Note: This is an organization-wide setting. Toggling the dashboard view applies to all users in your organization, not just your account. Coordinate with your team before making changes.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Organization Settings

  1. Log in to your AutoRFP account.

  2. Click Organization Settings in the bottom-left corner of the navigation panel.

  3. You'll arrive at the Organization Settings dashboard with multiple configuration tabs.

Step 2: Navigate to Feature Flags

  1. Click the Feature Flags tab on the top bar.

  2. Locate the New Dashboard toggle in the list of available feature flags.

Step 3: Toggle the Dashboard View

To revert to the classic dashboard:

  1. Turn the New Dashboard toggle off.

  2. Refresh your browser page to apply the change.

  3. All users in your organization will now see the classic dashboard when they log in.

To re-enable the new dashboard:

  1. Turn the New Dashboard toggle back on.

  2. Refresh your browser page to apply the change.

  3. All users will now see the new task-driven dashboard.
