AutoRFP supports over 43 languages including English (GB/US), Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Hindi, and many regional languages.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Confirm Organization Default Language
Navigate to Organization Settings > Details.
Verify your organization's default working language is set correctly.
Update if necessary and save changes.
Step 2: Create Project and Upload Documents
Click Create Project from your Dashboard.
Upload your file(s) in any supported language.
Complete project details and make selections in the importer as normal.
Continue through project creation until you reach the Set Response Mode page.
Step 3: Configure Language Settings
On the Set Response Mode page, locate the Languages section at the bottom.
Review the two language settings:
Work In: The language you prefer to work in (defaults to your team's working language)
Export To: The language for final answers (typically matches the questionnaire's original language)
3. Change either language setting if needed using the dropdown menus.
‼️ Important Note: You cannot update or add working languages after creating a live project.
Step 4: Create the Project
Review all settings including language configuration.
Click Create Project to initiate.
AutoRFP translates all requirements into your working language.
Step 5: Work in Your Preferred Language
Navigate to the Project Editor.
Locate the language view dropdown in the task bar.
Select Working Language View (default view).
Edit and complete responses in your working language as normal.
Step 6: Toggle Between Language Views
Use the language view dropdown to switch between:
Working Language View:
Default view for answering requirements
Work in your preferred language
Edit responses comfortably
Export Language View:
Review final output language
Primarily used by translators
Previews only available after submitting responses
Compare View:
Side-by-side comparison of working and export languages
Ideal for translators to review AutoRFP.ai's translations
Verify translation accuracy before export
Step 7: Submit Responses
Complete editing responses in your working language.
Click Submit for each completed response.
System automatically translates submitted responses into the export language.
Responses now ready for translator review or export.
Step 8: Export in Your Customer's Language
Complete all responses and submit them.
Export the project as normal.
All submitted answers export in the chosen export language.
Non-submitted responses will not appear in the export.

Verify all responses show as "submitted" in the export language view
Preview the export language view before generating final export
