Step 1: Gather Content
Previous RFPs
Round up old RFPs you’ve responded to. We recommend Quality over Quantity to ensure you provide accurate and winning content.
Supported formats: CSV, .xlsx, PDF, or .docx. There is also an experimental website scraper.
Got a response library? Ensure to upload that as well. AutoRFP.ai also makes it easy to upload libraries from legacy software.
Step 2: Upload Content
White-Glove Approach (Recommended)
When you first implement AutoRFP.ai you can make use of our team for a helping hand simply:
Create a folder in Google Drive, OneDrive, or any other file-sharing solution.
Share the folder with [email protected]. We’ll handle the rest.
Self-Service Upload 🔄
You can also upload your own content self-service at anytime using the content importer you can find on the Dashboard and under Content Manager.

Step 3: First Project 🥇
Creating your First Project
Create your first Project by clicking Create Project on the dashboard. Creating a project guide here (recommended).

For your first Project, we will work closely with you as you import and complete your response. You can find a time to run through your first import with the team here.
