For optimal performance with AutoRFP.ai's advanced AI search and Language Models (LLM), uploading high-quality, targeted content is crucial. This guide focuses exclusively on the types of content that yield the best results when uploaded into our system.

Prioritise Proven RFP Responses

Previously successful RFP responses set a strong baseline for the AI, allowing it to generate equally effective future responses.

Sort through your RFP history and select responses that resulted in wins or favourable feedback. Make these your primary uploads.

Upload Clear and Specific Language

The AI models are more effective with straightforward and specific content, allowing for more accurate matching.

Use clear terminology and avoid jargon unless it's industry-standard. For instance, if discussing security protocols, be explicit about the standards followed.

Use Content Applicable to Specific Domains

Content that is categorised by specific areas, such as product lines or target markets, enables more accurate response generation.

Identify the primary domains to which your RFPs usually pertain and gather content that is specific to those areas. Then use the Categorisation functionality to ensure the right content is in the right place.

Use Concise Snippets

The more specific and direct the content, the better. The longer the piece of content, the harder it becomes to search and use with the LLM.

We recommend splitting up or discarding responses exceeding 1,000 words and aiming for content of roughly 10 - 300 words.

By adhering to these content selection principles, you optimise AutoRFP.ai's ability to generate the most effective and accurate responses. Should you have additional questions, our support team is readily available. Thank you.
