Overview
When approving responses within AutoRFP.ai, by default the responses are added to your organization's content repository under its associated project. If you DO NOT want responses from a specific project to be saved you can toggle this off in the Response Settings under the Select Content stage of creating a project.
Approving responses is a crucial component to training the language model and exercising the benefits of the AI response engine.
Approve Responses to add them to Content Library
The best way to optimize your AutoRFP platform, increasing automation (number of first draft responses) and answer quality is by approving responses from ongoing projects. The action of approving responses will train the language model responsible for generating responses and in turn you will see future responses start to mirror language, tone, length and overall quality for your drafts.
Note: Answers that remain as drafts, or "submitted" will not yet be saved to your system. Only once you click "Approve" will a project and the subsequent responses be stored in your content library going forward.
If you are a "Content Manager" or "Admin" the content will be automatically added to the chosen content library. If you are a 'User', the content will first be added to a review queue, where a content manager must first approve the content before it will be added. Please see our article on Reviewing Content for more details on the review process.
