The AI Analyst will allow you to scan new project documents and ask screening questions before proceeding to work on or submit an RFP, RFI, or Security Questionnaire. The purpose of this tool is to identify any requirements or scope of work which would result in cancelling or abandoning a bid part way through.

Setting up Project Analysis

Go to Organization and click on the "Project Analysis" tab. Here you can create up to 5 custom categories, and a total of 15 templated questions.

Write out your questions and add context so that the AI Analyst can effectively search new project documents for confident responses.

Example:

You can edit these questions at any time.

Run Project Analysis on a New Project

When you create a new project, along with the project details you will now see the Project Analysis screen. AutoRFP will run your project analysis questions giving you a confidence grade on the search result.

Ask Custom Questions

You can also ask any ad-hoc questions using the question bar at the bottom of the window.

Based on the responses to your project analysis questions you can now proceed to work on this project or decide to cancel and abandon it.
