Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Gap Analysis Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Insights from the main menu.

  2. Select the Gap Analysis tab.

  3. The Gap Analysis dashboard loads with your historical data.


Step 2: Review Overall Gap Analysis

  1. Review the dashboard overview showing:

    • Compliance gaps identified across projects

    • Recurring themes in won vs. lost projects

    • Key optimization opportunities

    • Critical success factors including response quality and win rates


Step 3: Filter Analysis

  1. Use the filter options at the top of the dashboard to filter a time period

  2. You can apply filters to narrow analysis by a compliance category, a user, or by project status

  3. Review filtered results


Step 4: Examine Project-Level Analysis

  1. Navigate to the project-level view in the dashboard.

  2. Review compliance gaps across entire projects.

  3. Identify patterns in won vs. lost projects.

  4. Note recurring themes across multiple projects.


Step 5: Examine Requirement-Level Analysis

  1. Switch to the requirement-level view.

  2. Review compliance gaps for specific requirements.

  3. Identify which requirement types have highest failure rates.

  4. Note opportunities for improvement at granular level.


Step 6: Export Gap Analysis Data

  1. Click the Export button on the dashboard.

  2. Select CSV format for export.

  3. Download the file.

  4. Use exported data for custom reporting in Excel.
