💡 Tips & Best Practices
Writing Effective Alerts:
Be specific and actionable rather than vague ("Verify pricing with Sales" vs. "This might be outdated")
Tell users exactly what to do—who to check with, what to verify, or what to customize
Keep messages concise—alerts should be readable at a glance during response generation
Use clear language—avoid jargon or ambiguous instructions
Front-load the action—start with the verb ("Verify...", "Check...", "Confirm...", "Customize...")
✋🏼 Common Mistakes to Avoid
Not removing obsolete alerts—leaving alerts active after content is updated or situation resolved
Using alerts for content organization—alerts are for warnings/reminders, not categorization (use tags instead)
Writing alerts without context—"Check with Sarah" without indicating Sarah's role or what to check
