Setting up the scheduled reporting can help you automatically receive reports on metrics of all projects worked on, the workload of all teams and users, automation rate, time saved, and cost savings across projects, and compliance trends.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access Scheduled Reporting Tab
Navigate to Insights from the main menu.
Select the Scheduled Reporting tab.
Step 2: Turn on scheduled reporting and choose your frequency
For each report that you are interested in receiving a scheduled report of, toggle the on button.
Choose the frequency that you want to receive this report.
🗒️ Please Note: Daily reports will send reports with the past day as the time period and the same logic follows for each frequency.
Step 3: Select the recipients of this report
Select recipients that should get this report.
If you want to add multiple recipients use the "Add to Selection" icon when selecting multiple users.
If you want to add a user that does not have an AutoRFP.ai account, you will have to add them as a user to AutoRFP.ai.
Step 4: Receive the report in your email
At 9:00 AM UTC you will be sent a link to download your report.
Download your report within 7 days. After 7 days, your download link will expire.
💡 Tips & Best Practices
Set a scheduled report to be sent at least monthly to check the value that AutoRFP.ai is providing to your team.
Prioritize approving responses to decrease average turnover time and increase automation rate.

Not reviewing reports regularly — missing optimization opportunities.
