Overview

The Project Editor is your workspace for refining AutoRFP.ai-generated drafts and working on your Projects. It offers a user-friendly interface for tweaking responses and teaming up with colleagues to finalise your responses.

Any changes you make are automatically saved, safeguarding your modifications from being lost. Changes are also updated in real-time so your colleagues can see what you're working on as you type.

Collaboration

You'll find a section to assign roles on the right-hand side of every requirement in the Project Editor. One or more editors (blue) and reviewers (green) can be appointed for each question.

You can approve the response immediately if you are both the editor and the reviewer.

You can assign a different editor by simply clicking on the current editor's name.

You can click on any user or team to replace the current assignee with the clicked user or team, or click the "Add to Selection" button to individually pick additional users to assign.

If a new editor is appointed, they'll receive an email notification along with a link leading directly to the assigned requirements in the editor.

Assigning a reviewer follows the same procedure. Once the "Submit" button is clicked, an email notification is sent to the designated reviewer.

Users already involved in the Project will be displayed first, followed by the rest of your team.

In the search box, you can search by both Name and Job Title.

Real-Time Updates

If other people are working on the response simultaneously, you'll see updates come through as they happen and can see if someone else is working on a response, as it will be disabled and have a small icon indicating the user is editing it.

Discussions

Next to the reviewer's assignment, you'll find a chat icon. Clicking on this allows you to leave a comment on the response. You can also tag your colleagues on the response, who will receive an email notification with your comment.

You can search for all comments you're tagged in using the search bar at the top of the project editor.

Refining Responses

Next to the reviewer's assignment, you'll also find a pencil icon. Clicking on this gives you access to a range of advanced editing options and displays the sources that AutoRFP.ai used to draft the initial response.

Next, see our help guide on the Response Editor for more information on bringing your responses to the next level.
