With the Edit Project function you can add and modify the criteria of an ongoing project. This includes the ability to add another file, modify your selections (requirements, responses, compliance, etc), update compliance levels, refine the content selection, and change the project deadlines.
Edit Your Project
Open the Project you would like to add content to and click Edit Project on the top right:
In the pop-up you will see all the above mentioned options to update the project.
Add Files: Add an additional file (same process as initial project creation). Make selections and bring in additional requirements to the project.
Edit selections: Revise selections for the existing file(s) you uploaded for the project.
โProject Details: Update project details, customer information, or project deadlines.
โCompliance Levels: Modify and customize the compliance levels (if applicable) through the project.
Content Selections: Modify the content you would like the response engine to reference in drafting new or existing requirements. Use this feature if you recently uploaded content to your content library, or need to reference content you previously excluded. Continue below for instruction on how to re-run responses.
Re-run Responses with New or Updated Content
Whenever you add or change the content referenced for a project you can re-run the AI Response Engine to using updated content to draft new responses.
You can do this for the entire project, sections of it, or even just specific requirements. Note that this action is not reversible.
Re-run Responses (Multiple)
On the left side of the screen select the requirement(s) you would like to re-run. To select all of the requirements in your view, tick the top left box.
Use filter functions to narrow down certain files, sections or sub-sections of the project and select the appropriate responses.
In the top bar, click the refresh button.
Confirm that the responses will be overwritten with new ones. Note: This action is not reversible.
After clicking "OK", you will see the new responses being generated.
Re-run a Single Requirement
For a single requirement, click on that requirement's text.
Click "Re-Answer", and the system will draft a new response.
For more information on drafting and working on responses, see our article on Using the Response Editor.
