AutoRFP.ai classifies users under three permission groups. Each group holds a specific set of capabilities, allowing you to maintain control over who can access and manage various components of the system.
User
Users under this group can:
Create Projects: Introduce new questionnaires for AI-generated responses.
Edit, Assign, and Approve Responses: Modify AI-generated responses, assign to specific team colleagues, and sign off when they're ready for the customer.
Search: Navigate through the content library to find specific data.
Flag Content: Mark outdated content for review by content managers and admins.
Suggest Changes to Content: Mark content for review with suggested changes.
Content Manager
In addition to all the capabilities of a 'User', a Content Manager can also:
Assign Categories to Teams: Define which categories each team is responsible for managing.
Archive Content: Remove content from being used by the response engine.
View Under Review / Archived Content: Access content that's been marked for review or stored away.
Take Ownership of Content: Become the primary reviewer / contact for a piece of content.
Assign Editors to Content Under Review: Request others help update and review content under review.
Restore Content: Retrieve content from under review / archived status and place it back in the active library.
Manage Categories & Tags: Add, update or remove tags and their associated categories.
Admin
Admins have all the capabilities from both 'User' and 'Content Manager' groups and can also:
Manage Billing: Oversee the organization's subscription details.
Invite Users: Add new members to the organization and set their permissions.
Managing "Create Project" Permissions
Control which users (Content Managers or Users) have the ability to create their own new projects. Go to Organization -> Permissions.
Disable permission for Users or Content managers by de-selecting the check box on the right hand side of the screen. Note: This permission will apply to ALL users within that role.
