Introduction

AutoRFP.ai introduces the Trust System, an innovative step towards enhancing response quality and trust in automation.

This system categorizes AI-generated responses into various Trust Ranks, offering more confidence and efficiency in the review process.

Each response in your Project will now display one of the following Trust Ranks:

1. No Results Found:

Indicates no relevant response was found. AutoRFP.ai will display an icon and an empty response field for manual input.

2. Low Trust

Used when the AI finds a response but has low confidence in its accuracy.

3. High Trust

Signifies a response generated from highly similar sources, suggesting high reliability.

4. Near Match

Indicates a near-exact match (99%+) to the requirement, using a previous response verbatim.

5. Human Edited

Where a human has edited the response, the trust score will be hidden.

6. Approved by Human

Shows when a response is approved by a human, marking it as reliable.

Trust Scores can also be sorted so you can start with the most trustworthy responses to the least, or vice versa.
