Introduction

Welcome to your Proof of Concept (POC)! This guide includes crucial information that will be useful through your Proof of Concept (POC).

To get the most out of your POC experience, we recommend you:

  1. Review the generated responses and provide any feedback to AutoRFP.ai so we can further tune the AI to your preferences early in the POC.

  2. Leverage the Learning Centre, but reach out for help quickly if you get stuck to ensure you can overcome any hurdles quickly and allow you to get the most use out of the system. You can do this via the In-App chat for the fastest response time.

  3. Ensure you set time aside to assess the product and set a specific deadline date for deciding on Go/No-Go.

You are also free to add as many users as you would like to the account during the Proof of Concept. Please see the guide on how to do that below:

Content

While established customers of AutoRFP.ai don't need to use the importer regularly, during your POC, you may want to import additional content to the system to try more responses.

Initial Content

Generally, the AutoRFP.ai Team has imported starting content on your behalf so you can get started immediately. You'll see what was imported when you log on to the dashboard, which will be shown on a widget on the right.

In some cases, the AutoRFP.ai team will not import all of the files you send as they were determined not to be a good fit.

Adding More Content

At any point in the POC, AutoRFP.ai can help import more content on your behalf, or you can upload it yourself.

If you want to add additional content yourself, it's essential to keep the following in mind:

  1. You need to select Requirements & Responses for any content you import.

Requirements have a more generalised meaning when it comes to importing. For example, you might want to bring in the headings within the document as the "Requirements" and the text in each section as the "Responses" if it's not in a Question & Answer format.

  2. There is a limit to the size of a piece of content but no limit on the amount of content that can be imported. AutoRFP.ai will notify you when a piece of content is too big.

  3. Projects you have already created will not consider this new content. You will need to create the project to try again with more range.

Understanding this, to complete the import self-service, please follow this guide:

Projects

Initial Project

You will also have an example initial project imported into the account. This will also be displayed on the dashboard on the "Projects" widget.

Here, you can understand the initial responses being generated and make full use of the User Interface to review the responses and what sources were used.

Optionally, you can assign Editors & Reviewers and use the various other tools for your evaluation.

Adding a Project

To upload a new project, press the "Create Project" button on the dashboard and be aware of what the different selection types do. There's a complete guide on this here:

If you get stuck, please provide the file/s to the AutoRFP.ai team, who will be more than happy to provide a quick video demonstration on importing the project in question.

Other Evaluation

Once you've accessed the above fundamentals, you may want to dive into other areas of the product, we've included a few of the more common features below:

Branded Export Formatting

To edit formatting on the Branded Export, you can access that in your account here:

Slack Integration

If your organisation uses Slack and you or another member of the POC have the appropriate permissions, you can also test the Slack Integration.

Teams

To understand how teams operate you can access a full guide here:

Translation

You may also want to test translations. Simply upload a new project with the requirements in a different language and see AutoRFP.ai generate the response.
