Overview

When approving responses within AutoRFP.ai, by default the responses are automatically added to your organisation's content repository under its associated project. However, sometimes you may come across a response that would fit well within your managed content library. Here's how to do that in a simple way.

Add a Response to your Content Library

Getting a response from a project to your content library is as simple as clicking the small arrow next to 'Approve', and selecting which library you'd like to add it to.

If you are a 'Content Manager' role or higher, the content will be automatically added to the chosen content library. However, if you are have the 'User' role, the content will first be added to a review queue, where a content manager must first approve the content before it will be added.
