Welcome to AutoRFP.ai's Microsoft Teams bot! This simple guide will show you how to set it up. Our bot's purpose is to make your team updates easier to manage. Let's get started!

Getting Started

Get the link for your team: From your Teams App, click on either

From your Teams app, hover over a team and click on the the three dots to the left of the row. From there click the "Get link to team" button.

Then click the copy button to copy the link to your clipboard:

Add your team link to your organization: Go to the integrations page on AutoRFP.ai and paste your team link into the Microsoft Teams integrations text box:

Install the AutoRFP.ai Microsoft Teams app: Once you have added your teams link, you should see a 'Get the app' button. Either click that or head to the store page to install the app.

Application is showing 'Request Approval' instead of 'Add'?

This means that an administrator needs to approve the application at an organizational level before it can be installed. Please contact your administrator and request they follow these steps.

Share the application with the rest of your team: Now that your organization is connected to teams, it may be a good idea to share the application with the rest of your team, so they can get access to important notifications as well!

Success! You will now receive notifications to your personal inbox based on your AutoRFP.ai notification settings. See our article on User Notifications for details on how you can customize your notification settings.
