Overview

If you have the role of Content Manager or Admin, you will have access to update and complete reviews on content. Content under review can be viewed by visiting the Review Tab within the Content Management Page.

πŸš€ Tip: If you want to see content relevant to you or your team, try using the 'Owners' or 'Teams' filters.

How to Review Content

When viewing a piece of content under review, you have a few options:

If the information is accurate, you can click the approve button in the top right corner of a piece of content, returning it to circulation.

If the piece of content is no longer relevant, you can archive it by clicking the 'archive' button to the left of the approve button.

If you know what updates should be made, you can directly edit the content and click 'update and approve', returning the content to circulation.

If you think you know what updates should be made, you can make some changes and click 'suggest change', updating the suggested changes for the content but keeping it in review.

If you don't know the answer but you know who might, you can assign them as an editor. They will be notified that they have been assigned to make changes to the content.

Lastly, you can tag other content managers in a comment using the button in the bottom right of the content card.

πŸš€ Tip: If you are wondering who else could help you with a content review, hover over the calendar icon to see who last reviewed and updated the content.

Review Types

Different types of content reviews are denoted by the colour of the card and the associated icon in the top left corner of the card.

Green cards are requirement / responses from a project that a user has requested be added to the content library.

You can see which project the piece of content came from, and where it will be stored by looking at the bottom left corner.

Orange cards represent flagged content:

If the user has provided a short reason on why they have flagged the content, it will be displayed to the right of the flag icon in the top right corner.

Blue cards are suggested changes. The top piece of content is their suggested changes, and you can see the current version of the content below it:

Successful use of the review functions will keep your content relevant, up to date, and help to generate even better first draft responses on new and future projects.
