Introduction to Managed Attachments

The Managed Attachments feature is a powerful tool designed to streamline the process of attaching standard documents to your RFP responses.

It allows you to maintain a centralized library of frequently used attachments, ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple RFPs.

Benefits include:

  • Time-saving: Upload documents once and use them across multiple RFPs.

  • Consistency: Ensure the same version of standard documents is used across all proposals.

  • Easy updates: Centrally manage and update documents as needed.

  • Improved organization: Keep all your standard attachments in one accessible location.

Creating Managed Attachments

Note: Only users with Content Manager or Admin roles currently have permission to upload managed attachments

Navigate to the "Attachments" tab in the "Manage Content" section. Click on the "Add Attachment" button in the top right hand corner.

Enter the details for the attachment and upload the file.

Using Managed Attachments in RFPs

When working on an RFP, after clicking on the attachments paperclip, you will see your managed attachment and be able to easily search for the relevant one to attach to your response.

Exporting Attachments

Once your RFP is complete, you can easily export all of the attachments as a zip by clicking on the "Export" button at the top right hand corner of your project.

You can then click the "All Attachments" button to export all of the attachments for the project in a zip, or you can click on the "Export All" button to export all of the RFP documents as well as the attachments into a customer ready Zip file.
