Important Notes

This is an organization-wide change that affects how all users sign in. Before proceeding, please note:

  • All users will need to sign in using the chosen provider (Microsoft or Google)

  • You must use your work email that matches your current account

  • Password-based login will be disabled after SSO is enforced

Setting Up SSO

Go to User Settings and click "Enforce SSO"

Choose Your Provider

Select either Microsoft Azure AD or Google Workspace based on what your organization uses.

If you use Microsoft Azure AD, the user who enables Microsoft SSO will need to be an admin in both your Microsoft and AutoRFP.ai account to complete the connection..

Authenticate Your Account

  1. Click the "Authenticate" button for your chosen provider.

  2. Sign in using your work account.

  3. The email address must match your current account, or authentication will fail.

Enable SSO

After successful authentication, click "Enforce SSO".

Review the confirmation message.

Once complete, when users next login or are invited to the account your chosen SSO option will be enforced. If you had Username & Passwords before this, AutoRFP.ai will require users with existing passwords to enter their AutoRFP.ai password one more time to transfer them to SSO.

Managing SSO

If needed, administrators can disable SSO by clicking the "Disable SSO" button. This will restore password-based authentication. Users who logged in since SSO was enabled will need to reset their password to regain access.
