Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Get Your Teams Link
Open your Microsoft Teams app.
Locate the team you want to connect.
Hover over the team name and click the three dots to the left of the row.
Click Get link to team and copy it to your clipboard.
Step 2: Add Team Link to AutoRFP
Navigate to Organization > Integrations in AutoRFP.
Locate the Microsoft Teams integration section.
Paste your team link into the Microsoft Teams integration text box.
Save the connection.
Step 3: Install the AutoRFP Microsoft Teams App
After adding your team link, you should see a Get the app button.
Click Get the app or navigate to the Microsoft Teams app store.
Search for "AutoRFP.ai" if accessing from the store directly.
Click Add to install the application to your Teams workspace.
Note: If the application shows "Request Approval" instead of "Add," an administrator needs to approve the application at an organizational level before it can be installed. Contact your Microsoft Teams administrator and request they approve the AutoRFP application.
Step 4: Share Application with Your Team
Once installed, share the AutoRFP Teams app with your team members.
Team members can add the app to their personal Teams workspace.
This ensures everyone receives important notifications.
Step 5: Configure Notification Preferences (Optional)
Each user can customize their notification preferences.
Navigate to User Settings > Notifications in AutoRFP.
Select Microsoft Teams as the delivery method for desired notifications.
