Microsoft Copilot Studio lets you build your own AI agent and connect it directly to your AutoRFP data. Once set up, you can ask your agent things like "What projects are due this week?" or "Search our content library for anything about data security" and it will pull the answer straight from AutoRFP.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Generate Your Agent
Open Copilot Studio
Navigate to Agents
Enter a description for what you want your agent to do
Hit Enter
๐ Optional: Copilot Agent Configuration
After completing this step, a page about your Copilot agent should pop up and you can optionally change the model you want for the Copilot agent and alter other configurations.
Step 2: Adding the AutoRFP MCP Tool
Select Tools
Click Add Tool
On the new pop up screen, select MCP or Model Context Protocol
Enter the Model Context Protocol (MCP) details:
Server Name: AutoRFP
Server Description: <Enter a description of your choosing>
Server URL: https://api.autorfp.ai/mcp
Authentication: OAuth 2.0
Type: Dynamic discovery
Click Create
Click on the Connections drop down
Click on the option to Create a new connection
Click Create
Click Allow Access
Click Add and Configure
Step 3: Start Using It
Navigate to Test (the pin icon in the top right)
In the chat on the right, enter a request to test your new agent

How can I add the tool to an agent that I have created previously?
In Microsoft Copilot, navigate to Agent
In the My Agents table:
Click on the name of the agent that you have created previously
Then follow Step 2 and onwards

Click the click Open connection manager
Under the Status column, click Manage
Create the connection and click Submit
