When you create an RFP, you can specify that you would like the engine to just use your past responses verbatim rather than generate a new response.

This can be helpful if you prefer using your past pre-approved responses rather than having the AI engine generate new ones every time.

You can turn it on when creating a Project like so:

When this option is enabled, it will automatically populate responses using past responses that are above a certain match threshold. If the match score is >99%, it will automatically approve the response, otherwise it will leave the response for you to approve and display the match score of the past requirement used to generate that response next to the requirement. You can click on this match score to open the response editor and review the past requirement it matched.

How does this impact my content?

Approved responses using a past requirement that matches the current requirement won't be put back into your content library to avoid duplication.

If the requirement is different, the same response will be put into the content library under the new requirement as well, ensuring that if you receive either variation of the same requirement in the future, it will find a perfect match and be able to approve it automatically.
